Our story begins in 2004, when Meghan Chorin made a deliberate career pivot. A Villanova University graduate and former registered nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Meghan entered real estate alongside her husband Jason, a local builder and investor. The holistic, patient-centered mindset she had practiced in nursing translated directly into how she listened to clients, guided difficult decisions, and protected the people in her care. A strong referral base followed, and a team began to take shape around her.
